Welcome to Divine Touch by Ola — where your comfort and clarity matter. I know booking a treatment can come with a few questions, especially if it’s your first time. Here, I’ve answered the most common ones to help you feel fully informed and completely at ease before your visit.

Yes. Divine Touch by Ola is a female-only wellness space, created exclusively for women to relax, heal, and feel empowered in a safe and serene environment.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. This policy helps manage my time and reduces no-shows, as I’m a solo practitioner.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit can be applied as credit towards a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
Refunds are only available if the cancellation policy is respected (24+ hours’ notice). Otherwise, your deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late arrivals.
I accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments through the booking system. You’re welcome to prepay in full when booking.
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to settle in, complete any necessary consultation forms, and begin your treatment feeling relaxed and unhurried.
Wear comfortable clothing. For most massages, you will be asked to undress to your comfort level, and your privacy will always be respected with professional draping.
As I work by appointment only and sessions are tailored individually, I highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Please let me know during booking or at your appointment if you have any allergies, recent injuries, or medical conditions. Treatments can always be adjusted to suit your individual needs safely.
